Garlic & Chilli Prawns Pil Pil

Description

An easy, tasty recipe that lets the flavour of the prawns shine through. 

Ingredients

Fresh Prawns
50 g
Butter
2 clv
Garlic
2 T
Fresh Lemon Juice
30 ml
White Wine
1  
Red Chilli Pepper
  pn
Sea Salt
  ds
Olive Oil

Crusty Bread
  bn
Green Leaf Salad (Garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil. 
  • Place the prawns in the heated pan and colour on both sides. 
  • Add the white wine, lemon juice, sea salt, finely chopped garlic and chilli.
  • Whisk in the butter.

 To serve: Place a small amount of green salad leaf to the side of the plate. Toast a slice of focaccia bread and serve the prawns on the bread with all the juices.
